If you are a buyer and do not know how to download your product, the download link(s) will be manually sent at the e-mail address you used to place the order. For more details please read the information available here.

If you are waiting for the the download link, and it has not been received within 24 hours, please note that if your order has raised fraud flags your download link delivery may be delayed up to 48 instead of 24 hours.

Attention!!! If you provided a YAHOO based e-mail you may NEVER receive the downloads for your purchase because most Yahoo users simply DO NOT receive any e-mails from us, because they get lost in the blind Yahoo filtering system. Please contact us by providing an ALTERNATIVE NON YAHOO e-mail. A good thing would be to check your SPAM folder anyways.

If you used an AOL or MSN based e-mail to place your order and have not received the sales receipt e-mail, please note that for some reason this e-mail may be put into your SPAM folder. Check if there is an e-mail from us. The same may happen with the e-mail containing the download link.

Please note, that we will never ignore any e-mail or contact inquiry sent to us. If you do not receive a reply from us within 24 hours it is either because we have not received your e-mail or you have not received our reply. Unfortunately e-mails do get lost from time to time.
